Who is the most famous person who has you blocked on Twitter? What did you do to earn it?
I’m actually really proud of this one.
So as his profile will show, Wil has lost it since his days of Star Trek fame. Today, if Social Justice Warriors had a rank structure, he’d be somewhere around Fleet Commander. He’s dedicated his personal twitter to virtue signalling in the worst possible way.
And I mean that… the worst possible way.
Look, you want to champion social justice or other left wing narratives, fine. But the way Wheaton did it was to add a dose of militant atheism to the mix and then mock millions of Christians in the aftermath of one of the greatest attacks they’ve received, ironically, since the Communist takeover of Russia or more recently, the massacres of Christian populations Syria.
On November 5th, 2017, Devin Patrick Kelley (another militant atheist) stormed the Sutherland Springs First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs, Texas. He shot and killed 26 people and wounding 20 more.
You would imagine that at a time like this, some decency and compassion might be called for. Well, not from Wil. Wil thought the best thing he could do on a day where Christians were literally outraged and in mourning, was to virtue signal in a tweet attacking Paul Ryan, and all other Christians … for the act of prayer and for even believing in God.
