Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston actually met back in 2007, while on the set for the movie “Tropic Thunder.” They met again in 2010, while Jennifer was starring in the movie “Wanderlust.”
Following “Wanderlust,” the two connected and started dating back in May 2011. Justin popped the question to Jen, on his birthday in August 2012. After a three-year engagement, they finally got married in August of 2015.
Everything seemed to be going great for the couple.
However, the pair made their separation announcement, just one day after Valentine’s Day 2018.
In their announcement, they said to the public: “We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.
Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly.”
